Had the most amazing experience with Got it Motors. Justin was incredible. He made me feel like he cared about me driving a safe car and gave me honest advice and feedback as a human, not a sales person. Price was great, Justin was incredibly communicative and the whole team were so lovely. I was VERY hesitant about going through a dealership with many stereotypes floating around but I’m so so so happy I found Got It Motors. Nice enough service when selling the car but like others got a lemon and encountered so many issues right after purchase, many of which like the car leaking from every door and both boot seals would have been noticeable. They covered the cost of one issue but were not very helpful with most of the others including one which was a major costly roadworthy issue that multiple mechanics said it should not have passed RWC. Buy here at your own caution and check EVERYTHING as they certainly didn't . Disappointing too when we came from over 4 hrs away and paid good money for the car. Have had to spend so much more on it since even 12 months later to try rectify issues. First time for me going through a car yard thought it would be less risky than a private sale but I was wrong.
